How do the proceeds from this merchandise benefit the CNCF community? We are proud to say that all proceeds collected from the merchandise on our site go back to the foundation.
Can I return a product that doesn't fit? Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting returns at this time. (See Return Policy below)
When can I expect my order? All orders are shipped from our warehouse the very next day, M-Th. & orders placed on Friday will ship Monday. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 1 to 7 business days (depending on shipping location - via ground transportation). Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order date.
My package says it's been delivered, but it's not here. What do I do? Please wait two business days to see if your package will still be delivered. If it has not arrived after two days, then email store@summit3pl.com and include your order number and an explanation of the issue.
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to inform our team of a missing package.
What methods of payment do you accept? We happily accept all major American credit card brands.
Giveaway Items Items purchased by a discount code that make them completely free are considered giveaway items.

Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all our products are custom produced "on-demand", we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place because once an order is placed, our team immediately begins the production process to ensure prompt delivery of your personalized item.
As each product is uniquely crafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or dissatisfaction with the design. We strongly encourage you to double-check all details and options before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include issuing a replacement or offering store credit.
