How do the proceeds from this merchandise benefit the CNCF community? We are proud to say that all proceeds collected from the merchandise on our site go back to the foundation.
Can I return a product that doesn't fit? Absolutely! We'll gladly accept a return for refund or exchange on any unused merchandise. Follow the instructions below (Return Policy).
When can I expect my order? All orders are shipped from our warehouse the very next day, M-Th. & orders placed on Friday will ship Monday. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 1 to 7 business days (depending on shipping location - via ground transportation). Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order date.
My package says it's been delivered, but it's not here. What do I do? Please wait two business days to see if your package will still be delivered. If it has not arrived after two days, then email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and an explanation of the issue.
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to inform our team of a missing package.
What methods of payment do you accept? We happily accept all major American credit card brands.
CNCF Swag is made of the highest quality materials and we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly take it back for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping/tax) within 30 days of purchase.

Items purchased by a discount code that make them completely free are considered giveaway items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original package with all tags attached and intact. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number (see below for obtaining a RA#)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 2 business days on the status of your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
Please contact us at via email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain your RA#. Please have receipt# listed and reason for return. Also include if you would like a refund or exchange.
Returning your item
We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange your product:
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Package must be marked with the Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
